	When I said "incremental patch", I didn't refer only to the
executable. There are tools to create a small patch file from a
directory tree and generate an executable for easy upgrade (for
example PatchWise Free: http://www.hanmen.com/ ).

	What I don't know is the number of people that would be concerned
and if it would create more support requests than having people who
go on using the old version and keep stumbling on the same bugs...
